RANDLE RETURNS AS COACH

Though he searched the nation looking for the ideal candidate to complete his women's basketball coaching staff at the University of Central Arkansas, Matt Daniel needed look no farther than his own office suite.

It was there he found Caronica Randle, the former Sugar Bear star who remained around the program as a student worker while finishing her degree requirements after exhausting her eligibility following the 2006-07 season.

I know exactly the feeling.....excited to hear that Caronica gets a chance to start her real coaching career at UCA...she will be a great connection to the SugarBear tradition of the past while Coach Matt builds to the future....if she coaches with the level of energy she played, SBs will be well-served....

She is ABSOLUTELY one of the BEST people I know. I suspect she will do well.
