I thought we won our last game

Quote:
"It didn't show up on the scoreboard, but we won," said UCA head coach Matt Daniel. "We beat Southern Illinois tonight in the Farris Center. Congratulations to the Sugar Bears. As far as I'm concerned, we're still undefeated in the Farris Center.

WOW!!! Talk about a hangover with 2 minutes left UAM leads 70-55! That is hard to swallow! Apparently some tempers toward the end with several technicals!

I honestly expected more from this team!

Hell that should count for two or three losses.

2. Automatic ejection. Guess the Norman Dale approach didn't work.

Looks like Coach Daniel got 2 and was ejected and then Mariesha Piggee had one and Jamye Adair had one!

For clarity's sake, Adair's had nothing to do with temper and everything to do with being the 6th Sugar Bear on the court.

She had just ran off the bench and right out onto the court like a hockey sub. It may have been that one official on the side waved her in as she came off the bench and the official at the baseline didn't see it and put the ball in play. Whatever the circumstance, it drew a T.

But it wasn't a temper issue, for whatever that's worth.
