the 16 game conference season starts Saturday @ 2 pm in Beaumont. Pregame will be at 1:45 on both The Bear 91.3 and UCAsports.com.

Lamar won the regular season and SLC Tournament last season and return their 3 best players from last year. They are 11-3, they've won 6 in a row heading into the SLC opener Saturday.
