Time to move on after that heart-breaking game against Lamar. The Sugarbears take on SELA at 7 pm on Wednesday down in Hammond. UCA is currently 3rd in the Eastern Division behind McNeese [13-5 (5-0)] and Lamar [14-4 (3-1)]. SELA is 5th at 9-7 (1-3). The Sugarbears are in the hunt for their 1st birth in the SLC tournament. The top 8 teams make the tournament, and we currently sit in 5th place overall.
Hopefully the Sugarbears won't be looking past this team as they have McNeese coming to the Farris Center on Saturday!

SELA whipped the SB's in Hammond last year near the end of the season by 27 points, and the Lady Lions are coming off their 1st home loss of the season at the hands of Nicholls... could be interesting if the SBs arent focused.

This sets up a pretty big game in the FC on Saturday vs. 6-0 McNeese State. But a great win, and the girls pulled together when the chips were down and found a way to win on the road.
