2012-2013 Schedule

The season tip-off in just a few short weeks. The home slate during the OOC portion of the schedule is horrible (not a DI team at home until conference with SFA on 1-10)! Hopefully it will be better next season if some of our away games come to Conway!

It will be interesting to see how this team responds to a new coaching staff. We do have some amazing veteran leadership on the court!

Hopefully this will be another amazing season of Sugarbear Basketball!

Major let down after last years stellar OOC portion. Hopefully we get a lot of W's and good chance to get use to the new coach.

Both of the young ladies are returning to McNeese plus baby sister...
High School: attended Iota High where she averaged 21.5 ppg., 7.5 rpg. as a senior...helped produce a 110-38 overall record while at Iota High...member of the 2010 district championship team and the 2012 state runners-up team...four time all-district...four time all-state...2A state MVP...two time all-Southwest Louisiana...All-Southwest Louisiana MVP...All-Acadiana MVP...scored 2,613 career points and grabbed 1,007 career rebounds

She's suppose to be better and she's 3 inches taller.....

That's what happens when you get wins over a Big 10 and a SEC team at home....you get shunned.....ie, I'll play you at my place.....

OOC road schedule looks pretty solid......

It's going to be interesting to see the preseason poll from the SLC. There is a LOT of talent returning all over the SLC (and even entering the SLC in ORU), and women's basketball in the league is very, very good right now.
