I am enjoying football season so much it is hard to believe that basketball season is right around the corner. I got to meet Coach at the Lamar game and she oozes basketball. She seems so excited to be at UCA and she really seems to like her team. I am excited about the potential of seeing the two "bigs" in the game at the same time. Meagan is so unselfish and such a good passer, I love to think of her catching a pass at the elbow and looking down low to players that know how to post up and use their bodies to create space and score. I predict an exciting, fun, successful season.

I agree Oldbear...met Coach Rushing also and she is extremely excited to be
at UCA. Looking forward to seeing the SugarBears play this season.

Btw, this will be the Sugar Bears only home game until December 4th vs. CBC, so even more reason to come watch them play. Airtime on The Bear 91.3 and UCAgameday.com will be 6:40 for the 7 pm tipoff.
