Sugarbears win @UNO tonight 59-44. Great job ladies!

Taking care of business........all road wins are good......holding home team to 44 is really solid..............shot only 35% FGs but were +21 on 3s and +6 on FTs........hit 90% of FTs......only 13 TOs....great job there..........Mullins put up 18 with 12 rebs/4As and 5 steals, Proffitt another 13 and Watkins 12......SBs go to 5-1/15-2.........keep it going game by game...........

SBs lead Nicholls 37-36 midway thru Q3 after training 29-25 at half...........

71-65 Sugarbears win again on the road!

Wonder if we have ever won twice on same day at Nicholls? We have now as SBs get a big road win.........

UCA 14+11+24+22=71 (6-1/16-2)
NSU 12+17+17+19=65 (4-3/6-11)

Both team shot mid 40s for FG% but SBs had two more made FTs (90%) and two more made 3s.......SBs were outrebounded by 2 BUT were +4 on TOs and only had 10............Proffitt led scoring with 18/4 night after having only 8 mid Q3.......Mullins was 14/6 and Baudoin was 14/4....Watts added another 10......Baudoin hit a big 3 with 2:17 to play to make it a six point lead then Mullins and Watkins hit FTs the last minutes to seal the win..........great job by the ladies........

Back to LA next week for the Demons then home for a 3 game homestand...........

Sugarbears with another big road win tonight at NW State! 74-49! 1st home loss of the season for NW State!

The SBs seems to have "gotten it' as to how to play defense, even on the road.................plus they shot extremely well tonight and had only 11 TOs......

Now 7-1/17-2................next is SELA, UNO and NWS at the FC starting 2/3 at 7pm.......but tonight another big road win by our SBs..............

Not that ratings mean much other than others think highly of the team and program...........but it is nice to see the SBs have gotten attention.......congrats......

I agree. Great to see the Sugar Bears get some nice national attention. Also, it is great to have them back in Conway for a bit. Please if you are in Conway and have nothing to do tonight, come to the Farris Center and watch greatness!

However, SBs trail 3-16 SELA 31-30 at half.

Very even stats.SELA has two more 3s ....SBs have +9 fort rebs.........got to get the defense working much better........each team has only 3 TOs.......

SBs come out in Q3 with a 23-0 run!!! Leads 53-31 with 4 to go in Q3

Profiit has 12 in Q3 for 20 total.........seems like a fire was lit at half........
