That's the thing about bringing in great coaches, they always leave! Now that she has built a team that buys into her defensive philosophy, she may leave! That stinks, but it would be understandable on her part to be closer to family.

Yeah, and 400% + raise wouldn’t hurt much either.

Mat Insell, Ole Miss' former coach agreed to $475,000 per year base salary back in 2015. :shock: Plus incentives for on court accomplishments.

She makes $105,000 here.

Wouldn't surprise me if she took the job if offered. How often does anyone get to make 500% salary for doing the SAME job? :lol:

Likely the same reason we lost Matt Daniels and for sure coach Campbell.

We have a very good coach (and staff) who has continued to build on Matt Daniel's rebuilding........doubt that even the best SB teams of the D2 era got to level we now take for granted........glad Coach is our coach............

Coach still holds several free throw records at Alabama....

#1 All time FT made % at 80.4%
#1 All time FT made % as a junior at 86.8%
#3 All time on FT made % in a single season at 86.8% and #8 at 80.0%
#7 in career assist at 386
#11 All time on assist per game at 3.4

Also led Tide in 1984-1985 and 1985-1986 in assists with 3.9 and 5.2 per game
