UCA vs Kentucky

Got to give Rand credit for taking on all comers!! No one ever got better playing weak schedule.

As a former UCA player and a native of Kentucky I think the game is great for UCA. I have been in Rupp and the experience will be good for the Bears. Win or lose the Bears will come out a much better team. Rupp holds around 24,000 and I will be one of those on the night the Bears play but I won't be wearing the UK colors that night I'll have my UCA colors and my two rings from the Kansas City days on that night!!!!!!!!!!! Burly give me a shout and I'll show you around the Lexington and the horse farms. Might even get your mules a nice stable for the night.

You know, it is funny...the damn mules asked me about accomodations within in seconds of telling them about that game. Talk about thinking ahead . :roll:

I agree, this is a great opportunity for the Bears!

Burly could not find a good stable for the mules. Rupp sets downtown and the last time I was there I didn't see any grassy areas for them. I spoke with the folks at Keenland horse track and they said your mules could stay in the parking lot!

Am just wondering how many UCA fans will be in Rupp for the game? Word is the UCA president was getting all the tickets for the game! I know UK basketball and the tickets that the visiting team gets is in the nose bleed section of Rupp!!! Hope they bring their hiking boots.

Heck, is Keenland the best you could do ? I'll have to check with Mavis, I don't know if accomodations like that will pass HER standards.
