While true in theory, not really in practice. Absent misconduct, it's pretty hard to take a player off scholarship for a counter sport like BB, particularly when the scholarships are fully funded.

Winning at .30% ratio..... Rebuilding programs do clean house. This will not at UCA, because it is about keeping players happy. This truly in BB not a normal program. Seven years of continual losing, no attendance and subpar recruiting.

Does UCA have any talent they could gain from Walk-On's. When I was at SAU, they sent out an email to the students regarding team needs for specific positions. I have a feeling there could be at least one student that could work his way on the team, just needs a chance.

At this point if we can't get some transfers from other D1 Schools, you have to go the JUCO route, if not I don't see how it can get any better next season. I know he has to build the program, but you have to go after some JUCO guys. Maybe some instate JUCO guys specifically.

I would have to assume there are some good Jucos in Mississippi and Alabama area that the staff could recruit out of. It's close enough to Arkansas and doesn't the ASUN have schools in Alabama, UNA and JSU, I assume Jacksonville St isn't in Florida is it?

There was Sheldon Stevens an SAU Tech guy that went to and is now playing for Oral Roberts. Unless I am wrong, you are going to have to take a chance on some lesser know guys as well.
