It does not matter to me if we win or lose.

1) We are winners because our program is getting national exposure.

2) Rand is going to introduce the country to the Chappell Stomp.

3) There will be some young men out there who cannot make it at the big schools next year who will have UCA as an option. That is what we are building on for the future.

GO BEARS !!!!

I forgot about that, I hope he can control it a little more than he has in the past, because if the officials actually decide to enforce the new/old rule to once again enforce the coach's box area and cut down on theatrics on the sideline, he might have fun trying to adjust to that.

As far as the prediction tonight, I say we keep it close all night long. Our style is conducive to keeping it close if we can get some stops on D and keep from turning it over. I would say the first 5-10 minutes will be the key if we can keep ourselves in it and our kids and get over the initial wave I'm sure UK will get from their crowd and atmosphere.

I think we open the game with an intimidating dunk. The Wildcats fold after we break out our secret weapon (Nathan Brown)

Got to make some shots. It seems good shooting has never been one of our greater assets. Hustle seems to be there though.

I wonder why people thought the score would get so out of hand? Our style is conducive to keeping the score down with great D and possession offense if run corretly isnt it? I saw predictions all over the web thinking we would give up 100+ in this game and get blown out by 40-50 points, that's absurd, we are not that bad. Heck Uconn didnt even do that to us last year (88-59), and we are better already than we were last year ( except maybe shooting right now :) )

Maybe for the same reason people keep picking Notre Dame in football in Top 10 each year....sort of a combination of ignorance about the sport other than the big names and embedded arrogance...
