Figure it does no good to gripe about coverage this or that other team gets or to be nasty, etc. but to simply register our wish that the Bears not be forgotten during a division 1 basketball season - especially with them missing such a huge win for the program.
Even the Democrat-Gazette included a small article on the Bears win.

The Razorbacks story wasn't in there either, and they played at 4 o'clock. I've heard of early deadlines, but that's a little ridiculous. Given that everything in there was a preview that could have been written days earlier or was something taken off the wire, I'd not be surprised if everybody had taken it to the house by sundown.
Oh, and I don't think letting Rick know about your complaints is going to do a ton of good right now, since he traded in his employment for some deployment. For the next year or so, newspaper probably ain't gonna be on the top of his priority list.
