Below are current Sagarin rankings (341 teams) but note this is a week or so behind as Bears are shown as 5-1:

Southland (ranked 22 out of 32 conferences):

I think the are current but only count DI wins.

You are correct. I knew they only counted D1 games in the actual rankings formula but had not noticed the W-L record they report also only includes D1.
