I got to see him play last night, and folks, this kid can play. He is going to make someone a heck of a player. He had 28 points, to include four three point shots, five field goals, and six free throws four assists, six rebounds, and one steal. It is not often a kid emails me and tells me to come watch, and it will be worth my while, and it turn out to be true! The kicker is, he was just returning from an injury!

The 5-foot-11, 170 pound senior, is getting recruiting attention from Tennessee Tech, Arkansas at Little Rock, Nebraska, Tulsa, Oral Roberts, Arkansas State, and Central Arkansas.

I've heard some about him...darn good player.
His high school coach, Joe Sitkowski, was a postman for the Bears during the NAIA years in the late 80's early 90's.

He flat showed out last night. His first 3 shots were from beyond the arch, and he hit them all. He took the game in his hands, and led his team to victory.

He also found out he scored a 24 on his ACT recently.

Good for him...I hope to see him play when they come to Conway this season.

I think that's February 20th. I plan on seeing that game.

I had AJ in class last year as a Junior before I moved to Mountain Home and he is a great kid. Pretty good ballplayer to boot. I got to watch him in the Mtn. Home tourney a couple of weeks ago against good competition from Fayetteville and he held his own. More than anything, he is a good competitor. Hopefully he will pick the bears.
