@ New Orleans, 85-81
@ Texas, 81-73

Split with Northern Colorado...lost @ by 105-93 and won at home by 82-59...

Rebs: 36/36
Assists: 12/12
Turns: 13/12
Steals: 5.6/5.4
Blocks: 3.6/3.7

Comment:

TSU is a fine shooting team with top players at 50%+ from field and 70%+ for FT.....Benson hits 50% from 3 and has put in 58 (more than 3 per game).

FGs and 3s: TSU has advantage although UCA defense has kept opponents 3s to only 31%

FTs: Both shoot FTs pretty well....close

Rebs: TSU has an edge of 5-6..this is maybe 5-7 points by itself

Others: TSU has advantage on assists and steals while UCA has an edge in turnovers and blocks...maybe balances out...

Bears will have their hands full but TSU lost to TAMCC by the same margin as did Bears......need to slow down game and keep score in the 70 range .....tough defense and rebounding seems to be a key plus win the turnovers....

I'm not really surprised because they have been in bankruptcy for a while.
I didn't realize they missed the first basketball game last week.

The FC looks pretty good on TV! It would look better if there were more butts in the seats!
The Bears are playing some good ball today! Keep it up!
