In 2005, the men won 1 game more than the women.
In 2006, the women won 4 MORE games than the men.
(The result? The woman's coach was fired 13 games into 2007 where the Interim Coach then...)
In 2007, the women won 1 MORE conference games than the men.
CSH was fired after a 2-11 start to the season. She still left with a .586 win percentage. Rand entered this season (with a job and) with a .570 percentage. In the two years of the SLC, the women have won 13 SLC games; the men 8.
That is all.
And Rand got a 3 year extension. This is year 1.
