SUGAR BEARS COME FROM BEHIND AGAINST SBU

Central Arkansas women's basketball team to a 72-68 victory over Southwest Baptist at the Quincy/Subway Tip-Off Classic. The Sugar Bears (1-0) overcame a 36-28 at halftime defecit to win their season opener. The Bearcats fall to 1-1 with the loss.

Caronica Randle scored 24 points and grabbed eight rebounds
Renita Dobbins scored 14 points, grabbed eight boards, dished out eight assists and had three steals for UCA.
Jamie Boone shot 6-of-10 from the field for 12 points to go with eight rebounds.


Don't have any details at all, but the Sugarbears lost tonight to Quincy Illinois. I believe it was an eight point loss...was told UCA played well until Quincy went on a run.

Don't know what happened about, just trying to report that the Sugarbears lost tonight to Quincy. No details at this time. I believe I was told they lost by an eight point margin.
