QUAHWASH OVERSEAS
University of Central Arkansas guard Imad Quahwash, probably the most improved player on the men's basketball team last year, is making his second overseas tour as a member of the Jordanian National team.
He's currently in China at a training camp in preparation for the FIBA Cup. A top-three finish by the Jordanian team would qualify it for the world championships in Turkey in 2012, which would fulfill a dream.
"In this case we will play against Kobe, Lebron and Chris Paul (the American Dream Team) who are in our pool," he said.
Right now, Quahwash seems to be having a blast touring faraway places like Dubai and China.
