Join the UCA Bears and Sugar Bears basketball teams for a special meet-and-greet on Thursday, December 1, 2005 at 5:30 PM on the terrace at the Farris Center. This event is presented by UCA Athletics and the Conway Chamber of Commerce. Come out and meet the teams and hear about the upcoming season from men's coach Rand Chappell and women's coach Checola Seals-Horton. Light refreshments will be served. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Not very well attended....very few people from the business community, may be a dozen or so.

Mostly made up of both teams, athletic department personnel, a few faculty and staff.

Thats what you call not promoting very well! Something the Athletic office is good about

Saw it in the Log Cabin one morning during the week. Heard Monty mention it several times during the Northeast Okalhoma game last Monday.

That was about it, I guess.

and all this time I thought this was why UCA hired that marketing firm to get the word out on this stuff and to sell ad space and air time on all the major markets and such. I sure hope we aren't wasting money with that outfit, although they couldnt possibly have put any more fliers in all the football programs in the regular season games.
