Like I said, I would be listening to Monty and that was a great call to a great ending.

Unbelievable! I really wish I wasn't so lazy and had made the trip now.

Quite honestly though, I really hope none of our other games come down to that. I can't wait to see what the echo guys write up about it.

what does that say about this team? I mean it is awesome that we won, but by 1 point! ATU was 8-5 (0-2) coming into this after losing to SAU by 11 and UAM by 3...granted this is a great rivalry and our team is still young, but I will be sure of what our postseason possiblities will look like after we face HSU later this week! In the mean time it is great to be 11-3 (3-0)!!

That sentence is all you really need to say. The Sugarbears did just play their 3rd game in 5 days, so I bet fatigue, and as Checola pointed out, mental fatigue may have played a part. But I mostly believe it is the fact our absolute arch rival wanted to beat UCA in the final meeting of the two on their home court, but the Sugarbears did not give in and beat them.

This game with Henderson Thursday night is ritical this early in GSC play. You can't beat 3-0 in the GSC after 3 games though, no matter what the scores. You're right Josh, "In the mean time it is great to be 11-3 (3-0)!!"

Well in true UCA fashion in the GSC the guys are going to Overtime against the wonder boys...63-63 at the end of regulation...

Two great games in Russvegas tonight.

Men WIN in Double Overtime 81-77 as UCA SWEEPS tech for the final time in Russellville!!! The Bears are now 10-3 on the year and undefeated at 3-0 in the GSC.

Both the Bears and Sugar Bears play Henderson at the Farris Center Thursday night. Sugar Bears tip off at 6.

I plan to be there Thursday for some more big games.

Pretty balanced scoring and we won it without DJ - let's not overlook that. Now they have 3 days off before we play again. Hopefully long enough to recover, but not so long we lose our momentum.

We really need to start showing up for the first half though. Eventually we're not going to be able to overcome 23 point halves.

Just wanted to mention the vulgarities the student section were shouting passed funny and became rude I was embarrassed for them.

I stayed with Monty through the girls game and the first half of the mens game, but I had to get up early to open the store this morning. Two GREAT games.
