Not too bad considering the 4-12 record. That is up from an average of 776 over the same span last season.

Bears were 7th in attendance, 200 below average......next year will be better on court results and attendance needs to pick it up also....

Actually, I personally do a walk through and use a clicker to count each person in the building. This is PAID attendance too, so not only are people counted who are physically there, but people who have PAID season tickets and aren't there are counted as well.

Different schools use different methods.
most schools utilize scanners which calculate how many people have entered, then you can add the ones who arent scanned, ie students, employees, etc.

Every school counts employees, athletes, any and everyone in the building or stadium. Total attendance = those people who are at the event, those who have paid but arent at the event.

When I do the walk through for sports other than Football, I literally count each person and add misc things like workers etc. I like to be exact as possible.

Most schools dont try and make it as precise as I have.
