I'm not sure how much of the shaft the guys are getting. Besides West Georgia, UCA has more losses than anyone on that list. And I believe all our losses are in-region losses, with the loss to #4 Rollins and the 2 losses to UNA included with our other GSC losses. All these others that are listed have less overall losses and less in-region losses. The only team on that list we have beaten so far is UAM in Conway. Now if we can beat Delta and/or UAM in the next week and win out, THEN I think we will be in great shape if we can win a game or 2 in the GSC Tournament. Still a lot of ball to be played on the mens' side of things.

As for the Sugar Bears, I must say I am shocked they are still #7 to be honest with you. I'm glad the committee still thinks highly of last year's run, that is the only thing I can see us still being that high...or our region is not that strong, and I don't think that is necessiarily the case either.

Heard Monty say on the radio last night that the Sugarbears need to win at least one more game to get into the conference tournament.

They have UAM and Southern Arkansas remaining, both of which are winnable, but could be problems.

The regional tournament right now is just out of the question, IMHO. We just need to take care of business and first get a slot in the GSC tournament.

Burly Bear :D
