SFA (11-1/3-0) comes to town and brings a very fine team witha 3-0 SLC record after shelacaings of Lamar and McNeese the last two. Sagarin gas the Jacks rated 50th in D1. Their results so far this season are:

Jacks avg 68n ppg and opponents avg 48...a 20 point spread....the SLC winning spread is a little higher.
Both SFA and UCA avg about 60% FTs......at bottom of SLC.
Both teams avg about 46-47% FGs but SFA allows opponents only 37% while UCA gives up 47%...that has to change to have a chance to win.
Bears shoot about 37% 3s a while SFA hits less than 30%. UCA has hit 102 3s so far, nearly twice the number of SFA.
Jacks lead SLC in rebounding and reb margin at 8-9. Bears in middle of pack with a <2> deficit. Bears will have to at least make this an even match.
SFA and UCA are 1-2 in SLC in TO assist/TOs.....SFA leads in TO margin at +6 while UCA is OK at 1.5+.
Taylor Smith leads SFA in scoring (15, 5th in SLC) and rebounding (9, 3rd SLC). UCA's Garner and Crawford are 3rd and 4th SLC scoring at 16. Garner is 5th in SLC rebounding at 7+.
Keys are - at least break even on TOs and rebounding, take good shots and take aadvanatgbeof home court and play tough, aggressive defense.
Sagarin would suggest SFA favored by 12.
