I would understand a few money games but these past few schedules have a been a bit ridiculous

Fill up the Farris Center with paying ticket holders and get more home games with good teams coming in….

I agree. I wouldn't mind two of those games, but again, mens basketball has to take a damn beating to fund the other non-revenue producers. I guess it just goes to show you how the mid-majors struggle to balance the budget.

Seems to really have helped vs. UALR. Not a good loss now 0-4

UCA 26-30=56

Ugh.....Trojans shot only 9/31 in H1 but 17/30 in H2...including 5 3s...hit 18 FTs 75%....what happened to Bears defense?

Bears shot only 33% FGs but did hit 8 3s....half of our FGAs were 3s....and still got to the line 30x.....out rebounded by 10.....had 18 TOs....

Played better on road vs Georgetown....Kayouloud led with 14.....Koval had 10/7 game...

Hoping for better this week at tourney in Riverside, CA.....Go Bears!!

Is no one saying anything about the lack of defense or basic fundamentals cause pennell is a nice guy? When’s enough enough?

I don't think any of us were expecting this....just hate it for everyone on this team.

However, I have said this several times on here, we have an athletic administration that looks at mens basketball as nothing more than to fund other sports. The excessive money games have to stop. As I mentioned earlier, I would have no more than a couple.

Yes, I was a STRONG advocate for Pennell to get the job and I'll stick with him. Right now, I guess the only thing that has been accomplished is that our guys go to class and graduate, which is a good thing.

Something needs to be done. This is not what I was expecting from this team. Oh and we are going to get creamed in the SLC this season...SFA leads Duke with just over 2 minutes left to play!

There’s no reason why we should continue to be a doormat. The best season we’ve had in a decade is a .500 year.

Everyone hates it for the kids and the coach is a nice guy who tries really hard, but it ain’t getting done. Insanity is trying the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Time to change the formula

Should we be surprised that SFA is good in basketball? Surprised they beat Duke but not that they can play ball. My ciphering shows over the past ten season they are 24-9 on avg and only one losing season being last season by 14-16. Looks like a pretty good program. The Duke win will help Jacks in tourney seeding if they get that far.
