VolleyBears shot a blistering .344 as a team. Charlie Tidwell shot 11/21 for .381...Lexi Miller tallied 13/25 for .360....Madi Bowles added 14/31 for .323....Amanda Beaton went 14/33 for .303...Ravin Rhodes had an off game at 5/6 and .833 !!)....Emily Doss had 13 digs and Alexis Stumbaugh had 11.......Bailey Waddington was excellent in serve with 26 attempts , one ace and no service errors...

Gets tougher vs SLU tomorrow but beat Lions 3-1 at home in last game to secure the tourney spot...Go VolleyBears!!

Do we think Volleyball will go back to playing in the Prince Center part of the time for next season? Or do you think they have outgrown it and will be in Farris from now on? I think we have more of a home court advantage with Prince though.

Except for a few games there are seats left in PC .....I have been to a few SRO however.....PC is a real home court advantage...wish we could find a way to add 200 more seats....

Well a very weird season comes to an end.......VolleyBears played it down to the end ...games today went....21-25, 17-25, 25-20,22-25.....stats even closer....both team shot a modest .218....each had 5 aces....SHS +2 assists....UCA +4 digs...SHS +2 blocks....Amari Mitchell led hitters with 7/11 for .545 and Ravin Rhodes with 6/14 for .429....Bailey Waddington again no service errors on 28 attempts...Emily Doss(20), Alexis Stumbaugh (15) and Waddington (13) each had double digit digs....ended up 12-8 with 9-4 vs SLC teams....good tourney....too bad it had to end since TAMCC upset #1 SFA...always appreciate the VBs efforts and tenacity....Go VolleyBears!!

Stats closer than the scores....UCA 51 kills to 50.....each had 49 assists....UCA +4 digs........and +4 blocks....neither team shot great but UCA hit .248 to .167 for SLU.....most of that was in G1 with .341.....Charlie Tidwell led again at 16/33 for .394....Lexi Miller went 9/16 for .375......Bailey Waddington again excellent in serve with 23 attempts and no errors....Emily Doss led with 15 digs....

SBs defeated Kats 3-2 back on Feb 2 at Huntsville.......should be quite a match....Go VolleyBears!!
