UCA VOLLEYBALL RECEIVES ACADEMIC AWARD

LEXINGTON, Ky - The University of Central Arkansas volleyball team was one of 71 NCAA Division I schools to receive the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for the 2008-09 season. The Sugar Bears' 15-player roster averaged a 3.37 GPA for the year, with six players making a 4.0 in at least one semester. It was the second time head coach Steven McRoberts' squad has received the award in four years
