Hey everyone! Just to remind everyone, your 2009 Southland Conference Champion Sugar Bear Volleyball Team returns to action tonight live at 7 from the Prince Center! It is Fan Appreciation Night. The first 250 fans will receive shirts commemorating the 2009 season and free smoothies courtesy of Tropical Smoothie cafe. Also, free glowsticks to those that attend. Bring as many people as you can because we want the entire Prince Center to be filled. We hope to see a lot of people tonight. I am hoping 500 people would be there. See you tonight! GO SUGAR BEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D

Apparently, it was the 2nd largest in the history of the Prince Center.

UCA VOLLEYBALL SWEEPS SHSU, REMAINS PERFECT IN SOUTHLAND

UCA will try to become the fourth Southland team since 1994 to finish undefeated in conference play when they host Lamar at 2 p.m on Saturday. The four Sugar Bears seniors – Evaree Franklin, Jennifer Hauskey, Robyn Smith and Amicha Williams – will be honored before the match.

We had a strong crowd, and SHSU put some bulletin board material for the team. By the way the team hit .315 tonight. We dominated the stats. And the crowd was awesome! You all are the best fans in volleyball. Remember: Senior Day vs. Lamar Saturday at 2!!!! :D :D VICTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
