Congrats on the win - way to hang tough!

The sign of a great team when the chips are down, you find a way to win.
SUGARBEARS VOLLEYBALL, A DYNASTY IN THE MAKING.

The energy was awesome tonight in the Prince. Showed the heart this team has to deal with the early adversity and come back.

My thoughts from tonight's match:

1. Sam Houston State is a really good team. Don't let their record fool you. They were not imtimidated by the atmosphere tonight. In my view, they played a great game defensively. They are going to be a dangerous team in the SLC West, especially with teams like Stephen F. Austin and Texas State. Plus they host the SLC Tournament this November. They are going to be motivated being a top seed in their own building.

2. I thought our team played well under adversity. I thought we bounced back quickly after the losses in the match. Plus we never trailed in the fifth set. That is a great way to close out the match and take control of the court.

3. We had another solid crowd. The fans were great. We have the best volleyball fans in the SLC and all of America. Student section was loud. Bear Den and some of the athletes from other sports were tremendous. Everyone that comes to the matches on a regular basis were great as well. Fantastic job by everyone not giving up and believing we could win.

Those not going to Tulsa for the football game , I hope you can make to the match on Saturday because we face a great opposition in Stephen F. Austin at 2. It should be another great matchup. I look forward to seeing many of you there.

If you haven't had a chance to attend a volleyball match, I encourage you to do so. It is a great atmosphere!

We should fill the PC for every match..... it is a great atmosphere anyway but we can fill it up....this team certainly has earned that....

Just take it one match at a time....
