Congratulations to Coach M., he's done a great job here at UCA. Not only winning but winning with quality young women. He's earned his $30,000+ raise.

Is there a chance UCA will promote Coach Fatch or Coach Hay? What do you think, or will he take them with him to Tulsa?

It seems like in one of the articles he said something about the fact that he is going to miss his two assistants, making it appear as though they arent going with him. Who knows what is really going to happen.

The new coach is going to have some huge shoes to fill! I have faith in Dr. Teague that he will bring someone in who can continue leading this program in the right direction.

I hope that we don't lose any recruits/players because Coach McRoberts left.

I agree with everything you said, Josh. Dr. Teague will find the right person that will continue to keep the good momentum Sugar Bear Volleyball has. To your point on recruting, I do not think the change of coaching will hurt very much. I believe the girls that are coming will be really good and they will add to the greatness that is still in tact.
