Good choice...great looking credentials.....should erase any concerns about recruits...no pressure Coach but fans now expect 27-3 seasons every year....

I knew about the club program he started and that he had played, but I didn't know how much he'd played and how successful he'd been.
A tradition has been started. The foundation certainly appears to be great. I look forward to the future success as well.

Great hire, he was a major part of the Sugarbears success, the girls love him, he has playing experience as a setter on winning teams. This is a seamless transition with someone the girls know. He knows what these girls can do and the girls know what to expect from Coach Fatch. I see continued success with the Sugarbears. Also congrats to Coach Hay, I think they know what they're doing.
