Another tough road trip...long ride...TAMCC is playing well... but Bears are playing well and warm weather will help everyone....

Wont be too long of a ride since we are flying out first thing Friday morning! :wink:

Something that needs to be noted about the weekend. Friday's game is tentatively scheduled to begin at 2 pm afternoon, our coaches have requested that it be pushed back to 3 or 4, but havent heard anything back yet that I know of, and this was as of 12:30 today. TAMCC's field has no lights, so game times as I know them is

Friday: 2 pm
Saturday: 2 pm
Sunday: 1 pm

In order to accommodate the travel schedule of Central Arkansas, the game times have been changed for two contests in the three-game series slated for Chapman Field on the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi campus.

Friday’s game has been pushed back to a 3 p.m. first pitch from its original start time of 2 p.m. The series finale will begin an hour earlier than its original schedule time of 1 p.m. with the start at noon. Sunday’s game will also be Senior Day for the Islanders with 10 seniors honored prior to their final home game. The ceremony will begin at 11:35 a.m.

Saturday’s first pitch remains at 2 p.m...

Friday - 3 pm
Saturday - 2 pm
Sunday - 12 noon

Pregame will begin as always 20 minutes before first pitch on The Bear 91.3 and ucasports.com

Good to get another road win..good to hear Yerby's name again in highlghts....Humphrey has had two soild outings this week....need to get the Sunday win for several reasons...hope Bears can get hot and close out on a winning streak thru next weekend....

Bears tie it up 10-10 in the top of the 9th on Richey Irvin's First homerun of the season! At one point, the Bears trailed 10-2!!
