I saw some practice a couple weeks back but didn't stay long, and I haven't seen anything since then.
I've heard that things are going pretty well though. Some guys have been pretty sharp on the mound, including some that have struggled in the past.

both position and pitchers are stuggling with injuries a bit, or players coming off of summer injuries. So they've been limited in what they can do. The World Series is actually 3 teams of 6, I think, with all the pitchers throwing to all three teams.
They will intersquad today and tomorrow, and that will end the fall season, I believe. Besides the 2nd Annual Baseball Golf Tournament to be held at Centennial Valley on Friday which people still have time to sign up for...

BF, you'll be happy to know that the Mrs. and I just purchased our chairback seats and season passes. Sad note is we were only the third and fourth persons to do so. Guys, it's a good deal for a $130 apiece. Please let the coaching staff and ball team know that we appreciate them and purchase a seat and a pass if at all possible.

Just got word, there will be a 2 team Fall World Series next week. So more baseball next week...
So you still have time to come out and check out the stadium and the Bears in the fall.

The Fall World Series is today, Monday, and Wednesday if you have time to go watch them.
