I was just checking the weather a few minutes ago myself. I could use a few more degrees warmer, but I can manage. I'm planning to make my first trip Friday or Sunday.

Bears just couldn't quite get it done offensively in Game #1

UCA 2
TX State 5

Hopefully we can come back and take Games 2 & 3!

Just got back from the game...nice play by Texas State. Hate to say it but the bats couldn't deliver the runners home when we needed it. 9 or so stranded.. :?

Record attendance...wish I could have been there...

Hats off to Cloud for sticking it out and pitching hard .....

Box scores look almost identical...but they get 5 and we get 2...KOs were really the difference that kept us from advancing runners...happens in baseball...even Pujols KOs at times...

Good overall effort against a pretty good program.....just get back out there tomorrow, lace up the old cleats and go after the Bobcats..still can take 2 of 3..
