WOW. That's a rather pathetic performance. Sure thought this team was going to make some noise this year but we seem to be tucking tail. Hopefully they'll snap out of it this weekend.

This weekend is key to the season.....DB is a very good team but this was bad.....got to step up and start defending the home turf better and win a series on the road as well ....need some errorless games also....

Midweek games mean very little.
The weekends are what matter, and we haven't won a weekend series since we swept the SLC opener. That's not good.

No one should care about a 15-1 loss on Tuesday...
(Or if we win 15-1 today)

But we might need to be bothered by the 5-13 mark since the SLC opening weekend.

Never met a coach who liked to lose mid week games...after all we made quite a bit out of beating Ole Miss and Wichita State mid week last year....every game is to accomplish something....losing OOC may be "ok" but you like to play well.....

SLC games are certainly more important and Bears need to play well and tough this weekend...

Sure we did. But you think they really cared? Not very much.
As I said - and as those teams thought then - it's a midweek game.

No one likes to lose any game. If we lose every midweek game and win every weekend series, I'd be fine with that because we'd likely win the conference.
