Michael Pair's 2 run HR in 5th plus a 3-run 8th inning provided the margin. Zach Dickson went 3 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 RBIs.

Um...horrible play today. Looked like the three stooges. I was at the game for nearly the whole thing and decided that I would go to another one.....someday. Players didn't seem to care to play together.

Coach said on post-game last night that Clint Dempster was a very good pitcher and the Bears would have to play very well to beat him...Coach looks to have been right on....

Drew Sullivan as 2 for 4 with 1 HR and 2 RBIs....
Tye Throneberry was 2 for 3..

Rest of team was 1 for 22.....

Dustin Ward gave up 5 runs and 10 hits BUT 9 of those were singles and he was 4/2 for Ks/BBs....however a HBP, balk and 3 wild pirthes more than offset the good..

Notice Nicholls got lead off man on 6 times vs 2 for Bears.....

I noticed last night while watching the stream that twice our pitchers threw the ball behind the batter...what is that about?

I did see Bobby try to call off Sullivan unsuccessfully. Still, they somehow avoided running into each other and dropping the ball.
