I'll check on that and try to get it up if others dont do that first. If anyone gets a chance, you ought to go watch them practice in the afternoons.

Heard at a recent practice:

"You will not play in this program if you abandon your hitting position"

Sort of sets a mental picture for what type of team we should expect to see in the spring - a bunch of gamers!

Am I to assume that gray is no longer one of UCA's official colors?

who knows, last time I checked gray was and still is an official school color. As far as programs wearing it, there's no telling, if there is even a policy to begin with regarding the wearing of gray or purple only, since several, if not most of the programs use black, feature it, or will feature it in the future. I do know specifically baseball has a set of white, gray, purple, and black uniforms, and it has been like that for 2 or 3 years now. That may be a better question or topic to bring up in the general UCA forum though.

Black is what they wore. It's no different than white.

Agreed, black is a neutral/complmentary color just like white.

Schools all over the country are doing it (yes even the razorsnoots). The players like it and we have to keep up with the times to recruit.

I noticed the Ouachita women' BB team adding black. Several years ago.
