3/9/11: Bears take Creighton 8-7 at Conway

Bluejays beat Wichita State 3-1 to win Valley tourney. Head into NCAAs ranked 25th.


3/15/11: Bears fall 5-3 to Pokes in Stillwater

Cowboys won 1st game in Big 12 by 6-2 over Baylor then lost 6-5 to Mizzou and 9-3 to Texas. OSU headed to NCAAs.

3/22-23/11: Bears split with Mizzou in Columbia , losing 11-4 and winning 9-3

Tigers as the 8th seed in the Big 12 tourney, beat Texas twice, 6-4 and 2-1, and beat Ok State 6-5 ,then lost to Texas A&M in the final game 10-9 in 10 innings. Mizzou also lost an early round game to Texas by 6-1.

3/30/11 and 4/19/11: UALR tops Bears 5-3 in Conway; next meeting Trojans win rainshortened game in LR by 6-5.

UALR wins opening game by 4-2 over Troy, then wins 9-5 over Western Kentucky, then 5-3 over Florida Atlantic and slips by Florida International by 7-6 or the tourney championship and a trip to the NCAAs.
