2012 Roster

The new roster is up and there are a bunch of kids not coming back.

Coach Johnson not listed as well.

Andy Couture from Rogers was pretty solid in high school baseball...his best sport was football as a spread QB under Ronnie Peacock...Andy could flat throw the ball...he is too short to survive as a college QB and must have had 4-5 concussions in his high school career which eventually led to his being sidelined mid-season in his senior year......needless to say he was quite a competitor in high school ....

Now, as of July 11, the complete new roster is up best I can tell. Lots of new names, lot of Arkansas kids and also includes 1 in the coach's roster...

If it is him, his team won the NCCAA National Championship this season and he was named the 2011 NCCAA National Coach of the Year.

What happened to Jackson Lowery? I thought he did pretty well last year.

You can go ahead and remove Josh Salsbury from the roster. Also it looks a few more will have to be cut to get down the official number of players. Anyone know of any other players that will not be back?

Having surgery and had scholarship pulled. How many players can UCA have on their roster? Is it 35 the same as UofA?

You can chalk 3 veterans GONE. Noble, Fuller and Getchell are no longer on the roster.

Three pretty regular guys for us.
All three were going to be seniors right?
I guess you should always expect a couple years of additional turnover when new coaches come in - especially with baseball and the roster limitations.

Yea, they were all Seniors. I think it is interesting that you lost the # 2 hitter on the team with eligibility left. I wonder what happened there?
