Coaches poll 3/4/13

Starting to get some love on the coaches poll. Not cracking the top 25 yet but getting votes... though 7-5 Arkansas is still 19th

I guess this the first time the BEARS have received votes in a baseball
poll since moving to division 1. Coach Gum will bring this program to the
top...no doubt about it.

This weekend and later at Southern Miss will tell us how far we have come (which I believe is very far by the way!!). Coach Gum and the guys have worked really hard and it is nice for someone to take notice!!!

Nice to see a few other Southland Conference Schools (Lamar & Southeastern L.A.) making the list too.... Starting to build a name/reputation for quality athletics across the board.

Southland has long been a solid baseball conference......glad to see UCA has improved to level we can compete for SLC championship......great job by Coach and all the players....winning a couple at USM would be big right now..... would trade that for winnning SLC ....
