Yesterday the Demons snapped a 13-game losing streak by beating the Bears 0-1. Today they are tied 1-1 with the demons heading into the 10th.

The Bears are off to a disappointing 2-5 startin SLC play. Let's go Bears!

That ought to be worth a national player of the week award. I can remember when we'd use 11 pitchers in nine innings. :wink:

We just played NSU this past weekend. Why are we playing them again?

I believe Nicholls State is what was implied. It shows in the standings NW St below NSU.

Okay. For future reference Northwestern St. has always been referred as NSU and Nicholls St. has always been known as Nicholls or Nicholls St. At least in La. that is the way they are distinguished.

It would be awesome to get a sweep this weekend, but it is going to be a busy week for the Bears!
Grambling in Conway tomorrow at 6
@Arkansas State Wednesday at 6:30
Then Nicholls in town for the weekend series (6 PM, 4 PM, 1PM)

It would be awesome to go 5-0 this week! GO BEARS!!
