Should have played more Freshman!!!!!!! He said this was the best class that he ever signed. If the upperclassmen were not getting it done, try something else. Who is our hitting coach? We have left base runners all year long, Gum needs to get rid of our hitting coach!!!!!!!!! Football season yet?

Nice honor for Big......continues to pitch well.....good week to have both baseball and softball pitcher of week......next two series are very important to win lots of games......

3 at home vs Incarnate Word (6-12/15-29) and 3 on the road at New Orleans (2-22/11-32)......

UIW has SLC wins over Northwestern State, McNeese, SELA, Abilene, UNO (2x) ...but lost twice at Baylor in very close games......need to take at least 2 of 3.....

UNO has struggled mightily this season....only SLC wins are over UIW and HBU....but they played pretty well early against LSU, Tulane, some Sunbelt teams...need at least 2 of 3 and maybe a sweep here......

No time to let off......need to finish strong and get tourney ready.....Go Bears!!

Great weekend to sweep a series. Senior day and the sweep puts Bears in 7th and in a position to control their destiny. Take care of business at UNO and be in.

Lamar and ORU are tied for 8th at 13-13 and Cards play at Tulsa to close out. ORU holds tiebreaker over UCA and Bears did not play Cards.

UNO is 2-25 in conference. If we don't get in then we don't deserve it haha

Exactly! Weren't we the 8-seed last year when we won it all! I think we should be in after it's all said and done!

UNO has had an awful season but played well early vs LSU, Tulane and Sunbelt teams. They can makeup for a lot of ills by keeping the defending champs out of the tourney. No time for anything but focus and taking care of business.

Good start to an important series......Biggerstaff rolls to a shutout complete game win....Treece 4/5 and 2 rbis and Ferrell 3/5 with 3 rbis...Bears now 15-13 in SLC play.......
