There are a ton of stories online about the game.

Fairooz scored the only touchdown for the Bombers, a three-yard catch.

I haven't seen any comments from coaches on Fairooz. Just that he caught the only TD of the game for his team.

As someone else already pointed out in the TJ thread, Fairooz was cut by Winnipeg. They also have announced their 6-man practice squad, and he was not on that list either...


From reading their message board, it looks like injuries were a major concern. And stories on the final preseason game said he left with a shoulder injury. But their fans were pretty surprised he didn't make the roster and most thought that after that announcement he'd make the practice roster.
