Bear fanatics!

I acquired the domain name www.aaronfairooz.com last year and was thinking about putting up a site that will follow his NFL career. It would also highlight his coming to UCA, his time here and show several photos etc. Since I am not a webmaster or webgenius, I will be using ready made templates and just adding content as I go. I know we have all enjoyed watching him play and I believe we are all excited about seeing him suit it up in the NFL. I know I am just a fan of the Bears and its' players, but it is about time to start giving the future recruits something to look at, look forward to becoming and Aarons' story is a good one. Any suggestions are happily taken. I tried to get jacobford.com but it was already taken. I want to have some fun with this and I would really like you guys involved with it! I will be paying for everything of course but if you have photos you would like to contribute you will of course get full credit for them. I will also try to get quotes from aaron during the year somehow. I'm sure there is somebody I can talk to who can buzz  him for info. Does this sound like a good idea or should I just drop it all together? Thanks!

P.S. I also own the domains mitchmustain.net and mitchmustain.org(undeveloped sites)...maybe two more sites I could dedicate to the Bears! Ha!

Go for it! If you are willing to put in the time and effort to run the site, I'm almost positive that his fans would appreciate your troubles. Sorry I won't be able to help much with your endeavor seeing as to how I really stink at this computer stuff. I have trouble just taking a picture with my cell phone!

The draft is getting closer, any word of Fairooz or Ford from the net? Also, I have made the .com site a get paid to click the ads site, so please visit frequently!(you might see something on it you might like!--snicker snicker) That won't last long because I am designing the site and getting it ready to upload soon. I guess more practice with design will be necessary to make it look good. Photos are my hang up. But I will learn.

Fairooz has to have surgery on his collarbone that he broke earlier in his career. The bone apparently did not heal correctly. Even if he does not go straight to the NFL there are a lot of different avenues to make it to the show. I wish him the best in his recovery.

Here's a link to Aaron's agent's page. Included is a highlight video of his career. Well parts of it.

http://media.putfile.com/WR---Aaron-Fairooz--81

and the link to the athletes this company reps.

Apparently,---------- November, 2007. WR - Aaron Fairooz attends
Private Workout with Miami Dolphins.

Fairooz is now a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
I'm pretty sure this is the same team that Stallworth played for in the CFL.

Bombers add three more to roster

Quote:
Fairooz (6-6, 215, Central Arkansas '07, DOB: Nov. 10, 1983 in Mansfield, Texas) played four seasons (2003-06) with the University of Central Arkansas Bears. He was a three-year starter and received All-Conference honours following his junior and senior campaigns. In 2006, he caught 55 passes for 774 yards and had six touchdown receptions. He had 76 catches for 1,197 yards and 12 TDs in 2005.

Fairooz was one of two Central Arkansas players who were invited to the 2007 NFL Scouting Combine. He impressed scouts with his size (6-6, 215 pounds) and speed (4.5 seconds in the 40-yard dash).

Preseason games begin June 12.

I just scanned through the Blue Bombers' roster and saw two other players who went to school in Arkansas.

Derrick Armstrong - WR from UAM
Gavin Walls - DE from UA
