Bomar is a fine QB and the exposure (although in some ways negative) probably helped him with some NLF scouts...sure did not help him with OU fans....I would still take Nathan anyday....

Can't believe former Arkansas backup QB Alex Mortenson played in a preseason game for the Titans and Brown is now hanging out in Conway. Just don't understand how they evaluate these guys.

Heard Nathan say on the Clint Conque call in show Thursday that he was still holding out hope for an NFL opportunity. He didn't elaborate though.

There are two of those on there that have been on there for a while. One at $44 and one at $30 I think. I get all my NB auto stuff on ebay so I tend to see those footballs when I search.

For all you collectors, Nathan has 108 different rookie cards from 2009/2010.
various versions of the same card included of course.

On the polar end, Jacob Ford, who is actually playing in the NFL, has none.

Tristan Jackson has 2.
Eric Ware has none.
Fairooz has at least 3.

Watching Rhett Bomar NYG zipping passes against the NYJ and am still left wondering why on Earth we aren't able to watch Nate play anymore.

http://www.denverbroncos.com/multimedia/videos/NFL-Network-Tebow-Highlights/1b6e1ac1-7193-4c83-996e-976f7758477c

'Branson highlights" from Broncos website....actually Tebow highlights but Marquez was on the end of three passes (and blocking in others) including the close call TD at end of game....

Ditto re Nate.....he would have fit well in New Orleans behind Breese...

I like him right where he is now! The right guy to fall in line to be an offensive mind here! :D
