That would be good. Broncos signed Geer to the practice squad. He was the other TE waived along with Marquez over the weekend. I would hope a guy who made the three-deep during preseason can get a look somewhere else. Granted, it is preseason, but still...

Was he not injured in the last exhibition game and was not going to be available at all for a few weeks? Favre gets a free ride on injuries with his record, undrafted rookies have no margin of safety.
