Nobody will work harder, knows more about the game and has the respect of knowledgable coaches around the region than Rand. JUCO in Kansas is very good - the national championships are in Hutchinson, KS. Many players from this conference and this particular school have gone on to quality D1 programs. As the Garden City athletic director and the hiring team indicated this was a "no-brainer" decision.
