WARRENSBURG, Mo. - Sophomore Lori Garside tied for first in the high jump to highlight the University of Central Arkansas women's track team's performance at the Central Missouri Mule Relays on Thursday afternoon.

The Gentry native set a school record with aÊ of 1.68 meters and tied Emily Middleton of Pittsburg State.

Other top performers included sophomore Mallory Tate of Conway, who took 10th in the 600 with a school record time of 1:33.80. Freshman Pat Hampton placed 12th in the 400 meters in 1:03.32 time and took 21st in the 60-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 10.10.

Junior Lauren Merritt placed 11th in the mile with a 5:38.04 and junior Whitney Welch took 12th in the 3000 meters with a time of 11:23.61.

OBGOALOH, FULLER LEADS UCA MEN'S TRACK

Freshman Simeon Ogboaloh took 10th in the triple jump and 11th in the high jump to lead the University of Central Arkansas men's track team at the Central Missouri Mule Relays on Friday. The Dallas, Texas native leaped a distance of 13.46 meters in the triple jump and cleared 1.87 meters in the high jump.

Freshman Raven Fuller of Conway took 10th place in the mile run, performing at a season best 4:33.67. Junior Bentley Simmons tied his best mark in the 200 meters with a 22.84 time, good for 12th place.
