Donavan Loring raised his school record triple jump mark to 49' 5.5" which earned him 3rd place in Ft Worth. In addition, Loring became the first UCA trackster to meet the qualifying mark for a D1 Regional Track Meet. Kayla Daniels also upped her school record in the women's triple jump to 36' 6.25". Other notable performances were:
M1500m run: Raven Fuller, 6th; Danny McBride, 7th
M High Jump: Simeon Ogboaloh, 6th
W5000m: Whitney Welch, 5th
High winds hampered times in running events that circled the track.

To give you an idea of the level of competition at the meet, TCU's Virgil Hodge posted the 2nd best time in the world for 2007 in the W200m with a clocking of 22.81.
