You guys have an administrator named Bradley that called a girl in the 9th grade about playing softball at UCA on her cell phone. I was told he was your AD and I couldn't believe that, it had happened and I had to look up who your AD was and it was Brad. Talk about definitely against the NCAA rules, this is bad. He called her on her cell phone at that. She was asking me what division you guys were in and if you had a different set of rules and she told me she looked it up on the website and it didn't matter whether you wer D2 or D1 you still shouldn't have called her daughter and you know what she's right.
Our AD goes by the name Brad so I doubt the person that made the call was him. He tends to let the coaches do the recruiting cause he has his hands full administrating our entire program. If this 9th grader is already a legitimate player than I doubt any school in the entire state of Arkansas would have a shot at her anyway. The parents should definitely be upset that someone is contacting their daughter I just don't believe it would be our AD.
I'm not going to argue with you but, I'm known this mother for almost my entire life. She's telling the truth. She was very upset that he called her on her cell phone. She didn't even realize who she was talking to for a long time and he was trying to set up up a time for her to come and tour the campus. She knows who he is and her daughter knows him. She told me today that she was going to call him and tell him she didn't appreciate him calling her and she wanted to know how he got her cell phone and she know it was against NCAA rules to be talking to her at this time in her high school career. She's looked this stuff up. She's not out to cause trouble she's protecting her daughter. You guys certainly don't have to believe me but, I'm telling you for your own good if your AD did this and continue's to do this, it will get you in trouble.
Trey do what you want with this thread, if you want to remove it please do but, I promise you this is legit. If I was a UCA Alum I would talk to my AD.
