Bears and SugarBears competed at Rhodes in Memphis today..... this is an early outdoor meet that typically draws Ole Miss, Memphis, Miss State, A-State, UALR and 15 or so regional schools. Rhodes has very nice facilities. From review of meet results it looks like some of our athletes did not compete or competed in just one event. Top UCA performances:
Sage Raphael, M400m, 1st, 49.09
Phillip Boles, M200m, 3rd, 22.05
Lori Garside, WTJ, 7th, 35' 8.75"
Although not placing, Danny McBride and Logan Dockery ran in the low 32 minutes for 10k which is not bad for guys whose normal events are the 1500m/5000m.
